Integrating PAM360 with ServiceDesk Plus Cloud ensures granular, role-based access to technicians that grant just-enough permissions to launch secure access to critical assets. This integration also facilitates swift resolution of incidents and major infrastructural changes by providing one-click, direct access to remote sessions (RDP, Telnet, and SSH) directly from the service desk console, by auto-fetching credentials from PAM360. Once the designated tasks are completed, access privileges will automatically be revoked, leaving them with the default permissions.
