This integration enables users to completely access the Self-Service Portal, Requests, and Solutions module of ServiceDesk Plus, right within their Teams account. In addition, users can perform various help desk actions, access tasks present in the Home tab, and browse through the knowledge base using the ServiceDesk Plus bot and the messaging extension. By bringing a host of service desk capabilities like incident management, service management, and knowledge base into Microsoft Teams, ServiceDesk Plus bridges the gap between IT service desk teams and end-users. Please note, this works only on the cloud version of ServiceDesk Plus.
