Azure integration is an additional authorization over Microsoft single sign-on. This integration allows you to import users' department and site details in addition to the basic information from the Azure directory. You must possess the Microsoft Azure administrator profile to enable or disable the integration. However, after the integration is enabled, SDAdmins can configure whether to import the users' department and site details at any given time. Please note, this works only on the cloud version of ServiceDesk Plus.
